Goals of Living

A lot of people work from home now, and I’m one of them. Working from home can become difficult, and quite frankly boring. Are you interested in how to boost your performance at work by making yourself more comfortable at home? Sure you are, and I am too. That’s why I have done extensive research on how to create the ultimate office space at home.
What characterizes a perfect office space? I wanted to prioritize ergonomic sitting, internet connection, lighting, colors and refreshments. I have compiled a list of amazing building blocks for putting this together, let’s go!
When it comes to how you sit, this is extremely important. If you work from home, you’re most likely sitting down a lot. I have a chair from Amazon which helps me achieve a great sitting posture. It’s called the Hbada Ergonomic Office Chair.
We all know the feeling of yourself, or someone else being frozen on a Google Meet or a Zoom meeting. Let’s be honest, it’s awkward. That’s why I went ahead and bought a Router from Asus which helps me keep a great WiFI connection at home. It’s called Asus RT-AX3000, with a whopping 4 antennas you know this will deliver great performance during those long meetings.
We covered sitting already, but what about the desk? I absolutely love the office desks that let you sit in front of it, or press a button to make it higher so you can stand. It’s great for your posture, and it doesn’t wear out your body. I recommend the Fezibo Standing Desk.
Work is stressful, there’s a whole chain of people that expect you to get the job done. A life hack that I use is to decorate my desk with colors that are proved to have a calming and a happy effect on people. I use two blue sculptures.

I also have a blue sculpture located on this link: https://www.amazon.com/Badash-GW520-Touch-Centerpiece-Crystal/dp/B002DRGBJM/ref=sr_1_44?crid=TMF0ZSASON8V&dchild=1&keywords=blue+sculpture&qid=1615124183&sprefix=blue+scul%2Caps%2C265&sr=8-44
Let’s face it, you’re going to work a whopping 8 hours. You’re going to need an energy boost, that’s why I purchase carbonated water and fill my fridge with it, and I purchase fruits and cookies which are low on sugar and high on fiber. If you need to load up your energy, then walk to the kitchen and level up!
Get a good chair and a desk, invest in a good internet connection, and buy refreshments and decorate your desk with colors that make you feel good.
